Boasting standard features such as Stainless Steel Construction, High-Flow Vacuum System, and Single Stage Gas Flush make this the perfect machine for all of your vacuum packaging applications. The CUSTOM PAK's controls are located in a separate control module mounted above the seal module allowing for the addition of visually validatable controls if desired. The CUSTOM PAK is constructed with only the best quality components selected to provide years of trouble-free service.

Features/Benefits:
Retractable Nozzle System
Two Nozzles extend in front of the seal bars during Vacuum and Gas Flush operations. A high-speed retraction cylinder retracts the nozzles for seal bar closure. Retracting Nozzles facilitate bag placement with large or bulky products. This also virtually eliminates operator manipulation of the bag during the vacuum cycle.

High-Flow Venturi Vacuum System
The CUSTOM PAK's Vacuum System features a high-flow, high-vacuum pressure multistage Venturi, high-flow stainless steel nozzles, and larger diameter pneumatic tubing as well as an easily accessable vacuum filter. The use of a multistage Venturi achieves a faster more complete vacuum thus reducing residual oxygen and reducing vacuum stage cycling time thus increasing productivity. With no moving or electrical parts the multistage Venturi is prepared for years of service.

Choice of Two Seal Systems
The CUSTOM PAK comes standard with your choice of an IMPULSE or CONSTANT heat seal system The IMPULSE seal system provides pressure during the heating and cooling of thermoplastic material sealing stage thus providing better quality seals and optimum results. The CONSTANT seal system comes standard with heavy duty seal jaws heated by embedded heating elements thus keeping the jaws a constant temperature providing greater seal heat immersion for heavy duty foil and barrier materials.

Single Stage Gas Flush
The CUSTOM PAK's standard single-stage gas flush system allows the product to be purged with an inert gas (Nitrogen) before or after the vacuum cycle. Inert Gas Flushing protects food freshness and prolongs shelf life of dry pack industrial food products.

Pneumatic Safety System
This system utilizes both electric and electric / pneumatic microswitches to prevent the seal jaws from closing on unwanted objects. Operator Safety is the prime concern of all Sunbelt's Equipment. This system releases the sealing bar before locking down when a finger or hand is present between the seal bars.
